RaEssa Coleman is an international education consultant championing education equity and diversity. Leveraging her experience as an education leader, she works to develop and sustain the interrelationships between school systems, families, and communities.
RaEssa has proficiencies in closing student achievement gaps, promoting academic discourse that encourage 21st century skills, and building high performance teams under Continuous School Improvement Plans (CSIP) to meet state learning targets based on demographics and socioeconomic status.
RaEssa’s most recent work includes developing STEM programs for major EdTech companies. As a result, RaEssa has awarded students, parents, and educators access to STEM virtual learning experiences and platforms amid the Learning Loss Crisis of Covid-19.
